Try AutoGlym - Vinyl & Rubber Care.
Depending on how you apply it you can have a high sheen or a low sheen. Comes in a spray bottle - spray on a cloth, not the vinyl as you will get over-spray. Can be used inside and outside and gives a tough anti-static finish. I have used it for many years.

Use a polish which contains Carnuba for a showroom shine. It is hard work to polish it off but worth the effort.
