HiCan i use any other ford vehicle for a space saver wheel,
having difficulty finding 16 inch space saver for my B Max at the right price.

you probably wont find a 16 inch one.but the 15 inch one is designed for cars with various size original wheels.
and yes the fiesta one is suitable.
