Took my 2012 Bmax to local dealer in Sidmouth for warranty repair as front and rear windscreen controls did not work. Repair was fine but then radio controls did not work. Dealer said I it was my fault as I had spilled fizzy drink over radio. Tried to explain it worked when I bought it in. After 3 attempts they said it was not a warranty repair and wanted £435 to repair it although did not say what was wrong. Took it to independent auto electrician who confirmed it was not a fizzy drink problem tried fitting a new radio but still same problem. Said it needed good Ford auto electrician as it appeared to be a software fault. Anybody out there got any ideas. No radio Bluetooth works but as no power to speakers cannot hear anything. Cannot change time. CD player not working. Must have something to do with repair of badly done software update ( not requested)
