Hi my name is Dave. 59 years young from Middlesex. I have bought several Fords over the years starting with a Mk1 Escort caravan conversion by Dormobile then a Mk1 Fiesta in a tasteful sh*t brown colour! After a few years driving other makes I treated myself to a brand new Escort estate in metallic red a special edition to mark the end of Escort production. After a few more years in the wilderness driving Skoda & Dacia. I came back to the fold with the purchase of a Bmax last August and what a lovely car it is to drive.

Which engine did you get Dave ?

The 1.6 petrol with automatic gearbox as I had a heart attack early last year and I thought that would make life easier. Although from some of the comments I've read on here I'm wondering if it was such a good idea!

You've had your since last August with no gearbox problems (presumably). Looks like you may have a good 'in.
