Hi all. Recently bought a 63 Reg B-Max 1.0 Titanium and so far am happy. I have a couple of questions if anyone can help.
I have moved from an 2010 reg entry level A-class Mercedes to this and there are a couple of things that I miss, one minor and one that has slightly freaked me out as I didn't realise it may be a small issue.
Can I lock the doors from inside? I had automatic locking on driving off in the old car.
Secondly, has anyone ever had the top of their front windscreen tinted? two occasions today I drove in very bright light and it was bad enough that I had to slow right down. I've never had that before as the Mercedes was tinted in the top part of the screen.
I am still getting used to the gears as it feels rare that I can get to fourth gear driving in London!

Hi and welcome.
I own the 1.0 ecoboost variant of the car and it has a manual locking button in the centre portion of the dash.
Mine is close to the hazard warning light switch, i'm sure your car should have this feature too. It has a symbol of a padlock open and closed printed on it.
The tinting may have to be done by a company that specialises in that sort of thing. Years ago i remember my cousin using a spray on tint for side windows, he masked up the front window and sprayed the top section. It looked ok but never lasted very long, perhaps he should have sprayed the inside ?, not even sure you can buy the spray now.

Thank you Wiggy I'll take a look. I have Google a few specialist tint companies so will, do some research.
