Way back in Jan 2013 I downloaded a manual for the B-Max and have been referring to that ever since.

Today I had reason to doubt that this manual was the latest so downloaded another which is different but I don't know in what way except for the page numbers referring to changing a reversing light bulb. My manual says page 143, the 'new' manual says page 162.

It is a 162 page. You can tell which manual is which by the date on the second page.
Until you posted this I did not realise the manual had been updated from 2012.
