Hi could anyone tell me why the warning snow flake light is not turning to red when the temperature goes to zero

What makes you think that it should do?

it used to do it from 4 degrees to 1 it is yellow then it should change to red as a warning of ice

It seems that you knew more than I did.
This is an extract from the manual.


It will illuminate and glow orange
when the outside air
temperature is between 39ºF
(4ºC) and 32ºF (0ºC). It will glow red
when the temperature is below 32ºF
(0ºC).


So now Iknowas well.

The latest handbook states. It will illuminate when the outside air temperature is 39F/ 4C or below.
Check that you have the correct handbook for your model year and read it
