Great forum - I've joined as I have just bought a 2013 Panther Black B-Max Titanium with the 1.6 TDCi and I absolutely love it! Will share some pictures when I get chance. Looking forward to getting involved!

I have the same car spec,do you find it makes a noise like labouring?

Hi Bomb, I cannot say it makes any labouring noise, I think it is very quiet, the only time it may sound a bit laboured is when it is regenerating the diesel particulate filter and in my case that is very rarely, I have only been aware of it once in 32000 miles.

Jacklook,thanks for that maybe it can be the sump guard!
Three Months till warranty runs out, Then mot,need drivers side seat belt also checking it's wearing on the edges..
I've never had any Ford recalls! Had the car from New only have approx 17-5k miles does anyone have a list of problems that I may be interested in before my warranty runs out.

Loose sump guards and exhaust heat shields tend to produce a buzzing sound. One thing that I noticed is the display often recommends changing up at pretty low revs and that does cause labouring if you do it.
