Hello,

I have just bought a B-Max (63plate) can't work out how to fit a roof box, need to as I have downsized from a large car. We will need the extra storage for camping trips. Halfords website suggests they don't fix them to this car.

Thanks in anticipation.

Think you'll find roof bars (rather than box) are more the problem. Type "roof bars" into the Search Box top right of the page and search for previous discussions.

Thanks for the reply. I have since posting looked. It appears possible, but only using Ford rails I think.

Thanks again Hywel

****'s Garage sell Alpini roof bars for about £130. No roof rails required.
I've got a pair. Build quality isn't brilliant compared to Thule or similar but they do the job. Took my BMax to France last year with them on and they performed flawlessly. Very quiet too.

How do these roof bars fit? I would be quite interested in a set at this price.

I was told to stick to the Ford ones. They crop up on ebay fairly often too.
