Thank you. Seems I get it this Saturday - although I'm getting a bit nervous about swapping my Landrover Discovery for a new car in this weather and adding the fact I live in the middle of nowhere

I had a Discovery 3 and Freelander 2, obviously two great cars in this weather. The BMax is nice to drive however, but I miss the 4 w.d.

Which model is yours BuzzGiirl ?

Great; you will find that foul weather mucks up the back of the car beyond belief, but that's life for you. I am off to Portsmouth on Thursday to pick up my grand son who is coming over from Le Havre for the Wales v France rugby International. After a week with me in Wales, I will be taking him home at the end of the month, so my B Max mileage wise will go through the roof.

Is there much flood water in Hampshire at the moment, particularly in relation to the A 34 ? Good luck with the car.

Serious flooding all over. I'd advise checking your route before you come or you could be adding a lot of mileage with detours. Check this nearer the time:

Good info Susan. Can I suggest when you post a url you use the Hyperlink button?

Button 5 from the left, above the message panel when you post:

Don't copy the http:\ or https:\ part as that is already put there fr you (not sure why they do that)

If you do that then both you and the user avoid copy/paste errors.
