My B Max had the standard 4 year service and MOT at TrustFord 2000 miles ago where I also asked them to change a faulty tyre valve and sensor.
They charged for the work, but did not change the valve (and I know because it was a standard non sensor valve which i had inserted as a temporary measure).
When I took the car back because the sensor system was still not working, they said that they had fitted a faulty valve (even though I know they didn't touch it).
Now 2000 miles later, the front brakes are crunching and I can see it needs both nrw pads and disks. Surely this should have been picked up at the service.
I am left wondering if they just wrote out the invoice without even looking at or touching the car.
