I was driving my Bmax with ‘Auto A/C’ on. In the meantime the outside temperature dropped under 4 degrees Celsius and suddenly the windscreen fogged up completely. I tried pressing ‘MAX’ button on heating and ventilation control, with very limited success.
I’ve read on the Owner’s User Guide that the A/C will disable when the outside temperature is lower than 4 Celsius. Could be this the reason?
Did anyone experience the same behaviour?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.

Did you press the wrong MAX button ? There is the one at the bottom for MAX to windscreen. This is the on you want !
A/c should work o.k below 4 degrees too.

Well it will do that because the air inside you car probably has more moisture in it and then it hits the cold screen surface and condenses on it (eg fogs it up ).
Hot warm air contains more moisture.

Turn on your electric front screen heater or turn your heat up and direct it to the screen, simple.
