hi,

My heater blower motor stopped working last year and I really need to have it replaced.
My garage keeps telling me it is not that straight forward unless I have the serial number of the part. And apparently it is not easy to get to the part to get the number.

I have seen it on ebay but can I trust it is going to fit my car without me having the serial number?
My car is

Ford
B-Max2012Diesel MPV1.6 TDCiFWD -- JK1560cc

I am not sure about the 70KW 95HP T3JB as I do not know what it means

can anyone help?

70KW 95HP Refers to the power output of the engine, i,e 95 Horse Power.
T3JB Refers to the actual engine, useful when ordering spares etc.
Not sure if this site will help at all but it can't hurt to have a look --- Modifications FORD B-MAX 2012- (CB2)

that ebay listing seems to show that it fits all bmax's, so yes it should fit

but I think you may need to remove the clutch pedal and maybe the steering column to fit it. but you maybe able to work round them.

a common fault is the blower wont run except on max, and that is a resistor pack fault, which is reasonably easy to do.

also as always check fuses, relays and grounding connections

Thanks for the info.

I am not a mechanic so I can't do any checks myself. The ventilation does not come on even when set to max.
After it stopped working, it came back on for a while but now has been working for a long while.

I will go to the garage and have a work with them
