Hi!
Because the dealer and Ford itself are irresponsible, meaning they feel very bad pain in their asses when a customer asks for something (I've just noticed this attitude again a few days ago, occasioned by the free 2500 km verification; during this session that took an hour and a half, they managed to add some friction noises to the moving rear doors so I had to go back for them to... grease the slide - I guess - because I was told there's nothing wrong, so why do I complain?..! X( ), please help me to understand what is the meaning of the following! :>

Episode I "Downtime Management"

Can't help with those, sorry, but I can confirm that Ford don't appear to update their ETIS system when software updates are completed.

Two such updates were completed a month ago before I picked up my car, including the TCM upgrade/ update, and they are still showing as outstanding on ETIS.
