I shan't elaborate on the usual eg. avoid buying the Getrag Powershift, problem with degas hose, heated front screen failure(see below)
The telescopic steering wheel slider gets a mention - may need greasing.
Heater fan resistor failure(in passenger footwell) making the blower motor stick on full.
Battery drain with Bluetooth connection being seen as the most likely culprit (Check sync settings and possibly replace the module)
Heated screen failure on drivers side due to the wiper arm pressing on the metal heater connecting strip.
A shrewd used buy. Clever and commodious. Slightly clunky shape, hard plastics in the cabin with lots of bling makes the interior look dated.
B-Max owners club gets a mention in useful contacts.
I've had the same problem with the telescopic slider as mentioned above by gadgee. B-Max is not the only Ford to suffer with this problem.
So, if you can feel through the steering wheel a very slight 'knock', and it is very slight, during walking pace manoeuvring, the slider needs greasing.
It's a piece of cake, the top steering column cowl behind the steering wheel just pulls off. Unlock the column adjustment and pull the colunm towards you. Use a torch to clearly see the adjuster and smear it in lithium grease. Job done in 5 mins.
