Hi,my wife has owned a bmax from new for 16mths and she has had bluetooth problems right from the start. The problem is that when using the phone to make call, the sound on the othe end (receiver) is like she is in a wind tunnel !! When she comes to a stop,it's fine, but then when she starts driving again it's back to sounding like she's in a wind tunnel again. It's terrible! ! All u can hear is wind noise. Her voice is soooooo hard to hear. We've been back to ford 3x. They changed the mic & had updates, but no fix. Anybody else have this problem? ??? Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thx

I doubt that it is mic related as if it was then the sender would also hear the wind noise.

It is more likely to be caused by the Bluetooth wiring/connection/settings/module.

It could be interference from the alternator.
