Remember the time when the B Max was introduced and the motoring correspondents were giving it 4.5 out of 5, raving about the sliding doors, how it drove and the 1.0 ecoboost engine etc etc. Fast forward to now and you can read in the latest Parkers Price Guide that the B Max is "utterly forgettable" - not just forgettable! In my 50 years behind the wheel it's the best car I have driven and I shall find it hard to replace, so two fingers in the air to Parkers.

I totally agree. over 40 years of motoring and lots of new and a handful of used cars. My 1.0 123 bhp Titanium X B Max is probably the best I've ever had. 2.5 years old now, 26k miles and an average MPG of 46.2 since new.

We still have the 1.6 diesel (remapped) that we bought Pre-registered in 2015, with absolutley no plans to get rid. We have been to Spain in it twice, covering 1k miles in 2 days going through France, this we have done twice also. It has over 44k on the clock and apart from the radio main control going wrong, affecting the sat nav/reverse camera/all round sensors, it has been faultless. The doors are a bonus/talking point too.
