I have owned my '64' Bmax 1.6 auto for 2 years. In the first year I noticed occasional juddering at cruising speeds, and took it in to my local Ford dealer, who informed me they had re-programmed the 'drive train' system, which seemed to cure the problem.
However, I am now getting juddering in the lower gears while under load. I believe this is an ongoing problem with this gearbox.
As my car is now (only just) out of warranty, how do I stand with Fords to rectify this problem?

I read somewhere that because Ford claim the clutch problem has been fixed on more recent Powershift cars, they've reverted the warranty on the later versions of the gearbox to the standard 3 years.

However, your car is a little older, so the gearbox should be fully warrantied until 2019.
