I have had more issues than I would expected for a new car
Windows that won't stay up, doors that seem shut but detectors say no, especially the hatchif you have anything in the boot.
But overall happy, having come back from Ireland using my daughters Smax for a few weeksbut that is ok but not as comfortable and as nice to be in as the Bmax
Thanks for the reply Roger. On the face of it I agree with you, what should we expect?
However, the question of quality was discussed at great length with my previous employer.
The question was " What is quality"?
Is it a Rolls-Royce, is it a Chippendale piece of furniture for example?
The conclusion we came to is that themeasure of quality is, does it meet the customers requirements?
If it does then it is a quality product or service regardless of cost. So, regardless of where the Bmax is built are we customers satisfied?
