Hi Folks , petrol for b-Max 1 Lte Eco boost do you recommend regular or high octane , cannot make my mind up if high octane is better for it

Are Halfords any good with the electrics on B Max , any one with their advice would be very helpful, thinking of having satnav wired direct to ignition
