Shaking at start in 1st gear (random)

My 2012 Diesel 1.6 randomly shakes / shatters when I start from intersections in 1st gear. Like the clutch is not working right. Once speed is gained, no issue.

This can happen on flat road, not related to uphill starts.

It seems really random: sometimes there can be weeks inbetween. I had the clutch+ flywheel (?) checked this week, no issue found.

Anyone with experience in this ? Yes, we are experienced drivers, so it's not the pedal use (we hope).

Years ago my late father had the same problem with his Cortina.
Turned out that the engine mountings had worked loose and were allowing the whole engine and gearbox to move slightly when under load.
May be worth checking the mountings ?

1 litre Zetec Turbo petrol 74Kw / 100 Ps. as in my avatar.
