Heated windscreen - faulty?


My 13 plate BMX (still under extended Ford warranty) is slow to defrost and does so unevenly (see attached). Is this normal?

I had my windscreen replaced under warranty. Mine was clearing one side well before the other side cleared. O.k now.

not normal, it is a fault, probably requires a new screen, so hopefully any warranty will cover that.

Show your dealer that photo, that's what I did and they changed mine the next day, I had a word with the Specialist firm they got in and the chap said they had changed hundreds.
