Washer jet adjustment

Has anyone fathomed out these washer jets yet?

Driver's side was only spraying towards the middle of the car, with the other side blocked. Tried clearing it from both directions with the tyre inflator - but didn't solve the problem.

Bought a new one from the local Ford dealer, and now one is spraying the middle of the car whilst the other is spraying pedestrians on the other side of the road and completely missing the windscreen.

I ripped the old one apart, and there are two holes behind that vertical slot. The two holes being one above the other

Think you'll find if you stick a pin in you can swivel the jet to where you want it to go.

So I got that bit wrong.

Turns out the Nozzle is a plastic cartridge insert, that pushes in to the jet body.

The water enters in that triangle on the right, swirls around on the chamber on the left before spraying out of that slot. There aren't two independent nozzle holes.

That's what I usually do as well. Probably just some crap in there.
