Rear middle brake light fault

Hi all,

Just noticed my middle brake light isn't working with a bus behind me, saw it in the reflection. Can't seem to find any guis online about taking it out and the manual seems a bit generic. Says there should be 5 bulbs in the holders, but none are working, so unlikely all have gone. First thought was fuse but there is only one fuse for brakes and the other two are working fine.

I only got the car 8 months ago and I am not sure if it ever worked. Do you think it would be reasonable to bring this to their attention? Or would you just get this fixed at own cost if it were you? I'm just worried if it's not as simple as it just being a faulty light/fuse or even unit, could be wiring issues?

Was it bought new ? Personally, if it's still under warranty , i'd get the garage to fix it.
