Rear sliding door issue

Drivers side rear door very stiff to open. I'm having to do a rocking motion (backwards and forwards) two or three times before it will lock back. Much easier during summer months for some reason.

Any ideas?

hi my passenger rear door is harder to open/shut than drivers side, it doesnt get as much use. Spray top and bottom with WD40 makes a big difference

Does anyone know what lubricant Ford dealers use on the door sliders? WD40 may help for a short while.

I'm dropping mine in to my Ford dealer at the weekend. No charge I'm told for white grease on the runners.

Cianpars. Are you having issues with your doors too?

Just back from dealer. Door running beautifully smooth now thanks to white grease applied to runners only.

No, I'm not having any issues, just wondered what lubricant they used for future reference.
