Heater suddenly stopped working

Hi, I am hoping you can help me. I’ve read a number of forum posts on this matter which have been really helpful.

I have checked the fuse, the relay and most recently the heater blower resistor. All seem to be working fine, but the fan will not work at all. Display lights up and seems to work fine and you can hear the vents opening and closing, but no air coming through and no noise from the fan.

Any other suggestions of what I can check myself before having to take to a garage?

If the other things check out, fuse, relay, resistor then i would guess that the fan motor has died.

1 litre Zetec Turbo petrol 74Kw / 100 Ps. as in my avatar.
