B-Max Arm Rest

Hi People

Hope everyone is keeping safe

Would anyone know how to remove the Arm-Rest, I leaned across and heard a noise.
The Arm-Rest sits low now, and dose not hold level.

I am guessing something has given way or maybe just needs tightened up

Hope someone can advise

Thanks

First thing i would try would be to remove the seat from the car and see if i could reach up from the base to the area that the arm rest is secured to to try and tighten anything that may have come loose.
Other than that i'm afraid i have no more suggestions but someone on here may have come across this before and know what to do.

Thanks very much

I had the drivers seat-belt changed. This was a complete nightmare, they had to remove the seat.
I am guessing its not an easy job.

I would have thought it was just something that is fitted onto the seat. Well was hoping this was the answer, thought nothing on Youtube showing this.

Hope someone can help

Thanks

as far as I can tell, the armrest is held on with a large circlip / spring wire clip.
exploded pic of the seat:

I think you press the soft part of the seat edge, and pull the clip out from above with a pair of fine pliers. the the rest should pull off.
