That is assuming you have the same model as.mine with the rain sensor in the big ugly black box attached to the windscreen behind the rearview mirror

Page 45 of the owners manual states clearly that the sensitivity of the auto wipers can be turned up and down using this switch as well.

Ford dealers fobbing us off with duff info again. They tried that one on me too, so I showed them the manual 😃
