knocking rear door

hi all.......for the past couple of months my osr door has been knocking.(driving me mad)...i may have come up with a cure thats cost nothing.. on the top hinge is what looks like a rubber bush...i work in the tyre industry and when i was in the fitting bay i noticed that the rubber bottom part of a tyre valve was about the size of the bush..these are binned when removed...i got one and pushed it onto the bar up against the original rubber.......result one very quiet door(so far) hope this may be of benefit to others

i used to be indecisive..now im not too sure

I thought I had a knocking rear door, but further investigation revealed that it was the false boot floor rattling when it was not seated firmly due to stuffing to much underneath it.
